Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed right after we receive your payment. We will send you a confirmation e-mail.

Delivery schedule

Custom made curtains will generally take 5 to 7 business days to be manufactured, and other products will be dispatched within 3 business days subject to stock availability, public holidays and weekends. The dispatch time vary for different items, and please refer to "Shipping" on the product page.

It normally takes 7 days for our express partner (FexEx or DHL) to deliver the order to your house. Delivery to remote areas within Western Australia and Northern Territory may take a little longer.

If you would like to have the curtains for a special upcoming event, please feel free to contact us so that we can arrange the time for your order.

Parcel packaging

For better packing and shipping, curtain rods and tracks are normally packaged separately and may also be delivered separately. It's easy to put these separated items back together:

For curtain rods supplied in halves, use joint (provided for free) to connect 2 halves and put 1 bracket under the joined part
For curtain tracks supplied in halves, just put 1 bracket above the joined part and snap curtain track halves into the bracket

Delivery fee

All orders incur a flat delivery fee of $14.95 per total while handling is free. You can get free shipping if the orders are over $250 AUD. This offer is valid in all territory of Australia.
